OpenAI, however, refutes these claims, stating the preliminary injunction is based on "false information" and unnecessary, as it does not wish to acquire Apple's trade secrets. The blog post, titled "Apple is getting this wrong", suggests Apple should have raised these concerns before filing a lawsuit and would have been willing to clarify the situation.
