In the agreement between the PP and Vox parties for governing in Andalusia, point 14 outlines "Leyes ideológicas", where the right and ultra-right parties pledge to expressly renounce any attempt to inject ideological bias or influence citizens' free thought and judgment. They also commit to reviewing and, if necessary, revoking any regulatory provision, entity, organization, subsidy, or public aid whose practical development or effect becomes redundant or inefficient.

Vox vehemently refers to violence against women as "ideology", and the entire structure created by the state over the past half-century to address this violence and protect its victims is dismissed as unnecessary "chiringuitos". Juan Manuel Moreno Bonilla, following the distribution of adviseeships and the organization of each department, has placed the responsibility of assessing these women, children, and girls in the hands of the ultra-right party.
