Keeper Jorgensen set for loan move to Strasbourg

The 24-year-old has been sought after by Strasbourg's new manager Hugo Oliveira, who aims to bolster his team's goalkeeping options with a forward-thinking player. Jorgensen's move to the French side comes as a response to Chelsea's first-choice goalkeeper Robert Sanchez staking his claim to the starting position.

Jorgensen had been working with Chelsea during their pre-season tour but returned to the club's grounds to solidify his future earlier this week. The loan switch, which is subject to final approval from all parties involved, is a testament to both Chelsea and Strasbourg, who are linked by their common ownership group, BlueCo.
