Katseye's 'Animal' debuts at No. 24 on Billboard Hot 100

On August 5, K-pop girl group Katseye's latest single "Animal" made its debut at No. 24 on the Billboard Hot 100, according to the most recent chart released in U.S. time. The energetic track, featuring an infectious chorus and lyrics about primal urges, is part of Katseye's third extended play, "Wild," set for release on August 14.

Their collaboration single "Iconic By Mistake" with fellow Hybe girl groups Le Sserafim and Illit dropped two spots to No. 76, marking its seventh consecutive week on the chart. Meanwhile, BLACKPINK's Jennie maintained her position at No. 6 with her collaboration "Dracula" alongside Australian artist Tame Impala. BTS also secured two spots on the Hot 100, with "Swim" at No. 82 and "Normal" at No. 89.

On the Billboard 200 chart for full-length albums, BTS' fifth studio album "Arirang" held the No. 15 position, while the soundtrack from Netflix's animated hit "KPop Demon Hunters" was ranked at No. 29. K-pop boy group Cortis' single "GreenGreen" reached No. 114 on the chart.
