Colombia’s left presents evidence suggesting De la Espriella won through fraud

Colombia's President-elect Abelardo de la Espriella secured his victory, according to evidence presented by his predecessor President Gustavo Petro and data analysts. They argue that the mass manipulation of tally sheets led to the final outcome. During a two-hour presentation, Petro claimed that most shared tally sheets lacked a hash security lock found in official PDF documents, indicating possible alterations.

Legal expert William Villanueva pointed out that the original tally sheets were scanned and reprocessed, removing crucial metadata that could confirm whether the E14 sheets were uploaded or entered digitally. According to one computer scientist, 75,000 "digital witnesses" found that 95 municipalities had more voters than inhabitants. In these areas, De la Espriella won with over 70% of the votes.

The opposition candidate, Senator Ivan Cepeda, did not win a single race where the electoral census exceeded 85% of the population. In 1,350 polling centers in capital cities, block patterns emerged, with De la Espriella winning the first half of the booths and Cepeda the second half. Statistician Carlos Oñoro noted that this outcome could only be mathematically possible in approximately 80 polling stations.

The digital witnesses' findings will be included in a lawsuit to nullify De la Espriella's election and compel the Council of State to order a recount. After the presentation, Cepeda vowed that the competent authority would impartially examine the demands for nullity.
