He alleged that Moreno's accusations stemmed from the "heat of our custody fight" and were made without any evidence, despite suggesting that Moreno had "significant mental health challenges."

Miller's accusations were made public amid his ongoing reelection campaign, leading to a public feud between him and Bernie Moreno, who denounced Miller's behavior as "increasingly erratic and dangerous," calling for Miller to seek serious psychological help.
