Ahmed injury 'does not look good' - Clement

Norwich City manager Philippe Clement has expressed concern regarding the injury sustained by midfielder Ali Ahmed during their recent friendly match against Osasuna. The incident occurred in the 79th minute when Ahmed had to be assisted off the pitch and was subsequently replaced by Liam Gibbs. The 25-year-old, who joined Norwich from Vancouver Whitecaps in January, has contributed four goals and three assists in the Championship thus far.

Ahmed also played four matches for Canada at the World Cup, where they were eliminated in the round of 16.

Clement, speaking to BBC Radio Norfolk, stated that the extent of Ahmed's injury "does not look good" as he had reportedly felt something in his knee.
