Web3 startup Bundle launches with $5.5 million pre-Seed round

UAE-based Web3 rewards startup Bundle has launched with a $5.5 million pre-Seed round, aimed at revolutionizing customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. The platform, co-founded by Bader Kalooti and Mostafa Wanas, enables brands to merge their incentive budgets into shared reward pools, allowing them to offer larger rewards and lower customer acquisition costs.

Bundle's closed pilot across five markets rewarded over 1,100 winners, including a $50,000 grand prize, while participating brands experienced conversion rates up to 4x higher than traditional incentive campaigns.

The startup plans to launch in Singapore, Vietnam, and the Philippines, home to more than 50 founding brands. Bundle leverages blockchain technology and stablecoins to ensure transparent and cross-border reward distribution, while offering users seamless interactions like making purchases or referring friends to earn Bundle tickets.

Brands benefit from a more engaging incentive model, predictable costs, and stronger marketing performance, all while eliminating the operational complexities associated with promotional campaigns.

Early results demonstrate strong momentum, with Bundle's collaborative approach proving effective in driving customer loyalty and growth at scale. Ethereal Ventures and Further Ventures led the $5.5 million pre-Seed round, bringing together Nascent, GSR, Scenius Capital, Anchorage Digital, and Nuwa Capital as co-investors. The funding will be utilized for product development and strategic partnerships to expand Bundle's global reach in the near future.
