Upon receiving a digital referral, the control room alerts super-specialists in trauma, surgical, obstetrics and gynaecology, and paediatric departments, ensuring intensive care unit or emergency beds are reserved. The system also conducts follow-up calls post-discharge, ensuring continuous evaluation of treatment and hospital services.
