Build a stock market research Agentic workflow

A platform has been created for developing, deploying, and managing AI agents and workflows. This workspace offers various features, including chat and workflows, tables, files, knowledge, and scheduled tasks. To set up the environment, a wizard called bun run setup is available. This wizard takes care of provisioning the database, generating secrets, writing .env files, connecting a Chat API key, and starting Sim in the desired environment: Docker Compose, local development, or Kubernetes.

Sim automatically detects the running environment and acts accordingly. If a bare Sim is preferred, the bun link command can be used. However, note that Sim is installed in the ~/.bun/bin directory, which may require adding it to the PATH in the shell profile. Sim also supports local models via Ollama and vLLM, with self-hosting documentation available for further details.

Chat functionality is managed by Sim and requires a Chat API key, which can be signed in for upon opening the browser and automatically stored. To manage keys later, visit sim.ai/selfhost/settings/chat-keys. The environment variables reference provides a comprehensive list, or users can refer to apps/sim/.env.example for defaults. The project is open to contributions and is licensed under the Apache License 2.0.
