"account": "OrderEAT has successfully secured $2 million in funding to broaden its reach in the school cafeteria sector. The investment round was spearheaded by Chile Ventures, with additional backing from Driven VC, Add Ventures, Seedstars, as well as private investors Sergio Fogel and Avedis Boudakian. Established by Uruguayan tech visionaries Matías Craviotto, Juan Manuel Rodriguez, and Luis Pedro Carrero, OrderEAT specializes in digitizing payments and operations for educational cafeteria facilities. The app allows families to fund accounts and place orders, enabling students to settle accounts electronically without needing cash. Cafeteria managers leverage the platform to oversee menus, inventory, nutritional information, and sales data. With the recent infusion of capital, OrderEAT aims to extend its operations throughout Latin America, with a particular emphasis on Chile, where the platform is already serving over 50 schools. Currently, OrderEAT is operational in more than 600 educational institutions spread across Mexico, Chile, Argentina, Uruguay, and Peru, catering to a student population of over 250,000 active users. The startup has seen a remarkable growth spurt, adding 200 new schools in under six months and targeting a milestone of one million active students within the next 18 months.",
