"account": "A mother in her forties is being investigated for allegedly killing one of her young children and severely injuring two others in a stabbing attack in the Blue Mountains, west of Sydney, on Sunday afternoon. The woman was found inside a vehicle with three young children who had stab wounds, with one preschool-aged child dying at the scene despite witnesses rushing to help. The mother is not known to police. NSW Police Deputy Commissioner Peter McKenna said he would allege the mother's condition is the result of self-inflicted wounds and that detectives will look to charge her with homicide once she recovers. The stabbings came at the end of a brutal weekend in NSW, where three women were allegedly stabbed to death inside their homes within a 12-hour period on Saturday. Premier Chris Minns described the violence as confronting and profoundly distressing, urging the public not to become numb to the pain.",
