It provides a cockpit view of development information including DORA metrics, team focus, per-engineer workload, CapEx vs OpEx and an all-in-one board with org-chart views. Deckgauge was largely built by AI agents reviewed by humans on every merge. The tool measures engineering and is itself an experiment in AI-built engineering. We have now open-sourced Deckgauge so everyone can use it. The repository, live demo and website are provided. The license is FSL-1.1 and it is fully self-hosted.",
