"account": "The annual tribute to all the beloved entertainment figures who have passed away in the past year is a difficult task. Among the many TV legends honored on Monday’s Emmys broadcast, the first farewell was particularly poignant. For fans of iconic funny women, it was Macauley Culkin, Annie Murphy, and Dan Levy's emotional tribute to their shared fictional mother that had the greatest impact. Culkin, now 46, struggled to deliver his heartfelt words about his mother, Catherine O’Hara, who sadly passed away in January. He remembered her for always showing up when he needed her, even if she made mistakes like forgetting him on set twice. Murphy and Levy, O’Hara's grown children from the popular sitcom Schitt's Creek, echoed the sadness felt by fans upon hearing the news of the SCTV legend's death. Murphy fondly recalled O’Hara's laugh as the \"ultimate yes, and…\" and shared the overwhelming sympathy she received from strangers upon her return to Canada after the actor's passing. Levy emphasized that O’Hara's ideas were always brilliant because she was always one step ahead, teaching him to always say \"yes\" to her suggestions, even if they seemed unusual, like using her distinctive \"strange, sometimes unintelligible trans-Atlantic accent.\"",
