"account": "Paramount+ has renewed MobLand for a third season, with Tom Hardy's Harry De Souza set to reprise his role alongside Helen Mirren's Maeve and Pierce Brosnan's Conrad Harrigan. This comes despite rumors earlier this year suggesting Hardy's departure from the series due to internal issues during its second season. A production source has clarified that the tensions were \"worked through creatively\" between Hardy, co-creator Jez Butterworth, and producer David Glasser. The announcement seems to have smoothed over any potential discord, allowing Hardy to be prominently featured in the third season's publicity.",
"summary": "The announcement comes ahead of the Paramount+ crime series' season 2 premiere on September 18.",
