"account": "An elderly man suffered a fall near Block 254A Serangoon Central Drive on August 29, 2026. Property agent Kenny Seah witnessed the incident while conducting a property roadshow, heard a \"pop\" sound and saw the man lying on the ground. Seah, a Good Samaritan, observed a gentleman run over from a nearby playground to help. The gentleman remained beside the elderly man for around 20 minutes, holding his head steady as shade was provided and the man's blood pressure checked. Seah recorded the act of kindness and posted it online, noting the man's humility in not seeking recognition for his actions. The elderly man's head was bandaged after medical assessment before he was placed on a stretcher and taken to Sengkang General Hospital.",
