"account": "Tiger Woods has opted not to contest a reckless driving charge following a crash resulting in a Florida rollover accident. The golfer accepted a plea agreement with prosecutors, which includes a five-year suspension of his driver's license and a $1,000 fine. Woods was initially arrested after the March crash and had tested positive for alcohol but refused further drug testing. He pleaded no contest to a reckless driving charge, rather than guilty, in contrast to an earlier version of this story. Florida State Attorney Thomas Bakkedahl stated that Woods was treated like any other defendant in the matter. The crash occurred in Martin County, Florida, and while no one was injured, Woods had to escape through the passenger door. Police released body camera footage showing Woods appearing calm after the vehicle clipped a truck and rolled over. Woods acknowledged the seriousness of the situation, stepping away to seek treatment and focus on his health. This was his second arrest on suspicion of driving under the influence.",
"summary": "The golfer will be in court on Wednesday for a hearing to change his plea after being charged with driving under the influence.",
