"account": "Novak Djokovic suffered an early exit from the U.S. Open as he was defeated by unseeded Argentine Mariano Navone in a shocking first-round match. The 39-year-old, aiming for his fifth title and record 25th Grand Slam win, succumbed to shoulder and back issues, vomiting during the match. Former champion Daniil Medvedev and top-ranked American Jessica Pegula advanced with ease, while world's top players such as Jannik Sinner and Carlos Alcaraz were absent due to injuries. Pegula, the 2024 finalist, defeated Elena-Gabriela Ruse, while fellow wild card Venus Williams was defeated by Sofia Kenin in a match that started at midnight. Barbora Krejcikova became the first seeded player to be eliminated, losing to Kamilla Rakhimova.",
