"account": "Former Australian cricket player Will Pucovski has filed a lawsuit against his former high school, Brighton Grammar School, alleging that a concussion he suffered during football training 12 years ago led to his retirement from professional cricket. The lawsuit was filed in the Victorian Supreme Court and has yet to be tested in court. Pucovski claims that a head collision during an aggressively physical training session in 2014 caused a traumatic brain injury that has never fully recovered from. He alleges that Brighton Grammar School displayed a \"high-handed, contumelious and callous disregard\" for his safety by failing to properly treat and manage his injury, breach its own first aid policy, and not follow the AFL's concussion protocol.",
"summary": "The former Australian test batter alleges a concussion he suffered during an \"aggressively physical\" football training session at Brighton Grammar 12 years ago ultimately ended his professional cricket career.",
