"account": "More than 3,000 lower-income residents in three towns - Tampines, Punggol and Pasir Ris-Changi - will receive free warm meals delivered to food lockers near their homes starting September under a new programme called Warm Meals @ North East. The initiative, launched on August 21 by OCBC, North East Community Development Council (CDC) and the North East District mayor Baey Yam Keng, aims to help around 1,000 households with S$500 (US$393) worth of meal credits, equivalent to approximately 165 meals. These credits will be added to households' e-wallets through a mobile app and can be used at about 30 food lockers located at or near the void decks of HDB rental blocks. The meals, supplied by Chang Cheng Group, cater to various dietary needs and are halal-certified, with a menu that rotates regularly to provide variety and cater to diverse tastes.",
