"summary": "Nvidia's board of directors has announced an independent investigation into CEO Jensen Huang's relationship with a possible Chinese spy, following reports of a targeted operation. Huang admitted in a message to the company that he had an affair with Alice Huang, a former executive at Megaspeed, though he did not name her. A memo circulated among U.S. policymakers earlier this year claimed that Alice Huang was recruited by China's Ministry of State Security to spy on Nvidia's CEO. Huang apologized for his actions, stating that he had \"fallen short\" of his responsibility to the company and his colleagues. The investigation will be conducted by independent directors with outside legal counsel, and Nvidia maintains that no national security or company secrets were compromised.",
