"summary": "A 24-year-old Brampton man, Tarman Toor, has been charged with multiple counts of dangerous operation, disguise with intent, and street racing in connection with several incidents across the Greater Toronto Area (GTA). The incidents occurred between August and October 2023, with the driver of a red BMW M3 being spotted engaging in illegal street races in Mississauga and Toronto. Police allege that Toor operated the vehicle without proper license plates and concealed his identity using a ski mask. This marks a significant increase in stunt driving charges, with 214 arrests made so far this year across Peel Region.",
