"account": "Sonia Monk, mother of Private Aidan Goulding, spoke at his funeral on Sunday, describing her young son as her \"bright light\" and someone who embraced life with fearless enthusiasm. Four Canadian Armed Forces members died during a tragic fire at CFB Wainwright while participating in live-fire exercises. Goulding, 23 years old, had recently completed his infantry training. He was remembered by his best friend, his brother Wylder, who recalled their childhood mischief together. Goulding served with the 3rd Battalion, Princess Patricia’s Canadian Light Infantry (3PPCLI). He was described by his commander, Captain Jack O’Connell, as an outgoing, confident, charismatic warrior who often pushed himself beyond limits. An ongoing investigation is examining the fire and the circumstances surrounding the incident. Despite the loss, Goulding's family vows to continue moving forward with a missing piece – the absence of their beloved \"bright light\" – as they lay him to rest.",
