"account": "In a recent phone interview with CNN, former US President Donald Trump stated that it is highly unlikely the US will launch fresh strikes on Iran if peace talks progress. This comes after Iran sent a nuclear proposal to the US, seeking an agreement on its nuclear program. Iran has set seven conditions for these talks to begin. Trump believes that a decisive peace deal would make further strikes unnecessary, noting that Iran is a \"failing nation\" with 301% inflation. While Trump would strike Iran again if needed, he emphasized that the recent military actions were \"so hard\" and \"withering away financially\" for the country. The former president also defended the Iran war's impact on the Republican Party's midterm election losses, but still stated he would conduct it again.",
