"summary": "Nvidia's board of directors is launching an independent investigation into CEO Jensen Huang regarding his connection to a suspected Chinese spy, the company announced on Saturday. According to Axios, Huang admitted in a draft email to employees that he had a romantic relationship with the individual and expressed that he had been unfaithful to his wife. In the message, Huang stated he took full responsibility for his actions and is committed to earning back the confidence of the company's employees, board, and shareholders.\n\nThe investigation will be conducted by an independent committee assisted by outside counsel. While the board stated it has no reason to believe that company secrets or national security were compromised, Axios reports that Secretary of State Marco Rubio had previously warned Trump officials about the relationship. The individual involved, Alice Huang, was reportedly believed by U.S. intelligence officials to be a Chinese spy recruited to seek information and potentially influence the availability of Nvidia's advanced chips in China.",
