"account": "Former Deputy Senate President Ovie Omo-Agege has accused the Delta State Government of orchestrating an attack on supporters of the Nigeria Democratic Congress (NDC) in Asaba, the state capital. In a statement posted on his verified X account, Omo-Agege demanded the immediate arrest of the assailants who targeted his party's followers on Saturday. He detailed that over 30 vehicles were damaged and more than ten individuals sustained injuries. The police have reported one death as a result of the incident. Omo-Agege urged Governor Sheriff Oborevwori, the Inspector-General of Police, and the Department of State Security (DSS) to conduct a thorough investigation into the matter and prosecute those responsible, including the alleged organizer, Chief Uche Ndu-Okafor. He also appealed to President Bola Tinubu to intervene and called for the protection of opposition supporters during political activities. Omo-Agege firmly stated that the attack was not a coincidence but rather a deliberate act sponsored by the Delta State Government.",
