"account": "Bayern Munich goalkeeper Manuel Neuer suffered a partial tear to his right foot tendon during Saturday's 2-1 Bundesliga victory over Mainz, according to the German champions. The duration of Neuer's absence was not specified, but German newspaper Bild reported the veteran player is likely to be sidelined for approximately two months. Neuer, who became Bayern's oldest-ever player at the age of 40 years and 225 days on Saturday, was substituted shortly before halftime after exacerbating the foot injury. He had missed four previous matches with the same issue before returning to action for Bayern's 2-0 Champions League win over Atletico Madrid earlier in the week. This latest setback adds to growing concerns over Neuer's recent form. Earlier this month, the goalkeeper nearly conceded an equalizer with a mistake, and he also made an error against Augsburg last month that resulted in a lightning-fast goal by Robin Fellhauer just eight seconds into the match. Bayern currently leads the Bundesliga table with 21 points from nine games and will next face Cologne on November 20.",
