"account": "On Diwali, a company unexpectedly laid off an employee, sparking a viral Reddit post expressing frustration. The individual, who held a marketing role, shared their shock and disbelief upon receiving the layoff news from HR. The timing of the termination, just before the festive season and a planned family trip, compounded their distress. The user questioned the company's decision, hoping for at least a slight decency in their treatment. The layoff also jeopardized their family plans for a December trip, leaving them jobless and uncertain. Despite the hardship, the employee remained hopeful, seeking assistance on Reddit for marketing vacancies. Others expressed sympathy for the situation, having experienced similar job losses around the same time.",
