"account": "Chennai - In a fresh development, another minor girl has alleged sexual harassment against R Veeramani, the granite baron already facing charges from a previous case. The victim had previously testified in a registered case. Veeramani, whose company is known as 'Gem Granite,' is accused of luring minor girls to his Teynampet bungalow with gifts before sexually abusing them over several years. The case began in October 2025 when a child rights activist provided police with a video showing a minor being sexually assaulted, allegedly involving Veeramani at Mahendra Simhan and Shanthi's residence. Despite police attempts to close the case, a Special POCSO court ordered further investigation, leading to Veeramani's arrest in August 2026 alongside Shanthi, Mahendra Simhan, and others. This second POCSO Act case was registered based on the latest complaint.",
