"account": "Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim graced the occasion of the Open House Diwali gathering organized by MIC and MIED in Shah Alam today. His presence was warmly received by MIED Chairman SA Vigneswaran, who is also the president of MIC, as he celebrated the Diwali festivities alongside nearly 3,000 guests from various communities. The Prime Minister spent quality time with the guests, and the event was attended by several political leaders, including former Prime Minister Ismail Sabri Yaakob and MCA President Wee Ka Siong. Meanwhile, Vigneswaran stated that the gathering proved that Malaysian people can live in harmony and always share the joy of celebrations throughout the year. \"Celebrations can serve as a platform for integration among communities. Despite existing differences in political backgrounds, events like this strive to bridge all those things for unity,\" he said. Vigneswaran hopes that Malaysian people can continue their existing unity and make it a strength for the nation to advance comprehensively. Wee added that the atmosphere of the gathering was not only joyful but also showcased the uniqueness of Malaysia's diverse people in a festive mood. \"The spirit of goodwill has long been ingrained among Malaysian people and it needs to be preserved for the prosperity of the country we cherish,\" he said. During the event, Vigneswaran and Wee accompanied the Prime Minister in cutting a ribbon as the symbolic climax of the Open House Diwali.",
