"account": "Simon Harmer, the South African spin bowler, has emerged as a potential future Proteas inclusion following a stellar performance against Australia in Cape Town. The series result saw the Proteas secure a 2-1 victory over Australia, with Harmer and Marques Ackerman standing out as impressive players. Harmer, who had previously featured sporadically for the Proteas due to the Kolpak ruling, returned to the team in 2022 and made a significant impact, claiming 14 wickets in three Test matches, including a noteworthy haul of 10 wickets in the final Test in Cape Town. Ackerman, a talented batter, also made significant contributions with the bat. The coach, Conrad, has shown confidence in Harmer's abilities, positioning him as a potential main spinner for the team at the Test level. Harmer's journey has been marked by self-doubt and impostor syndrome, but his recent performances have given him the confidence to aim for the biggest stage. He credits his captain, Temba Bavuma, for his leadership and the strong sense of purpose within the current Proteas team.",
