"account": "Heavy rain led to ceiling leaks in multiple buildings at Seberang Jaya Hospital in Penang last night, according to a report by Bernama. Penang health director Dr Zulhizzam Abdullah stated that most of the affected areas were in older blocks, although some newer buildings also experienced similar issues. He assured that no patients were impacted and no adverse consequences arose from the incident. The hospital's engineering and maintenance management department is actively addressing the problem.\n\nSeveral videos circulating online depicted healthcare workers using umbrellas inside the hospital as rainwater seeped through the ceiling and soaked parts of the floor. This incident follows a similar event less than three weeks ago at Hospital Tengku Ampuan Rahimah in Klang, where part of the ceiling collapsed following a pipe leak. The Selangor health department conducted a preliminary investigation, which concluded that the leaking pipe had compromised the ceiling structure, resulting in the collapse. Fortunately, no one was injured in that incident, and the affected walkway was swiftly reopened after repairs.",
