"account": "President Bola Tinubu has criticized Atiku Abubakar, the presidential candidate of the African Democratic Congress (ADC), accusing him of lacking moral integrity, latitude, and ethics to serve as the country's leader. Tinubu alleged that Atiku used public resources to build his private university, stating that the funds were obtained illegally. In response, Atiku claimed that Tinubu's allegation was a desperate attempt to distract Nigerians from his administration's failures. The controversy arose during the APC presidential campaign rally in Port Harcourt, Rivers State, where Tinubu challenged Atiku to explain how he funded the university's establishment during his time as vice president. Tinubu also criticized previous administrations for leaving unpaid pensions and gratuities, claiming that his administration was working to clear the outstanding payments.",
