"account": "Rawalpindi's Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (BISE) has postponed the Computer Science examinations for Intermediate Second Annual 2026, originally scheduled for November 10. This decision comes after the district's deputy commissioner recommended the postponement, citing preparations for a visit by Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz to Jhelum and Pind Dadan Khan. The district administration planned extensive administrative, security, and protocol arrangements for the CM's visit, which made it impossible to conduct the exams smoothly. Consequently, the BISE Rawalpindi has rescheduled the Computer Science papers for Monday, November 30. The morning and evening groups' papers will be held at the original examination centers, with new roll number slips issued to accommodate the change. Previously issued roll number slips will remain valid.",
