"account": "The Palestinian presidency has implored the UN Security Council to take immediate action to cease Israeli violations and alleviate the deteriorating humanitarian crisis in Gaza. The authority attributes full responsibility for the worsening situation in the Gaza Strip to Israeli authorities, citing ongoing military operations and the blockade. The presidency outlined the dire circumstances, including flooded tents for displaced persons due to rain, absence of safe housing, heating, and essential provisions. It urged the UN Security Council to halt Israeli violations, enforce Israel's compliance with its obligations, open all crossings for unrestricted delivery of humanitarian, medical, and relief aid, and provide international protection for the Palestinian people. The presidency emphasized that the persistent humanitarian suffering and deprivation of basic living conditions for Palestinians stem from ongoing Israeli aggression, obstruction of humanitarian and relief aid, and non-compliance with UN Security Council resolutions and the US President Donald Trump’s ceasefire plan for the Gaza Strip. It called for urgent international intervention to cease this suffering.",
