"summary": "Malaysian Communications Minister Fahmi Fadzil is set to participate in two ministerial-level forums in Doha, Qatar, as part of his working visit to the city. The events, which take place at the Doha Exhibition and Convention Centre (DECC), include the Ministerial Panel at Mobile World Congress (MWC) Doha 2026: Digital Leadership Forum and the International Telecommunication Union (ITU) Plenipotentiary Conference (PP-26) Ministerial Roundtable. Fahmi's presence at these forums is crucial for Malaysia's mission to retain its seat on the ITU Council for the 2027-2030 term. The ITU PP-26, held every four years, is the organization's highest decision-making conference, where policies and strategic plans for the future of global telecommunications are determined.",
