"summary": "U.S. President Donald Trump has reportedly suggested that UFC chief Dana White be appointed as White House press secretary, expressing a desire for White to bring fighters from the organization as assistants. The proposal, made in a Truth Social post, includes six current or former UFC titleholders such as Islam Makhachev, Khabib Nurmagomedov, Justin Gaethje, Daniel Cormier, Kayla Harris, and Amanda Nunes, with Trump emphasizing the need for these individuals to defend against the \"Lunatic Left.\" However, White's UFC organization and the White House press secretary role have not yet responded to the request. The press secretary position had been vacant since Katie Zacharia's tenure ended last month after less than a week.",
