"account": "Yemen's Interior Minister Brig-Gen Ibrahim Haidan accused Iran's Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) and Hezbollah of sending 21 military experts to support the Houthis in Yemen. The experts allegedly worked in six Yemeni governorates, specializing in ballistic missiles, drones, electronic warfare, communications, military supply networks, and smuggling of weapons components. The threat includes coordinating maritime operations, selecting targets for commercial ships, developing explosive boats, and engineering self-propelled submarines. Haidan warned that the activities pose a threat to regional stability, freedom of navigation, international trade routes, and energy supplies. He emphasized the importance of the international community classifying the Houthis as a terrorist organization, dismantling their funding and arming networks, and enforcing the arms embargo under Security Council resolutions (2216) and (2624).",
"summary": "Interior Minister Brig-Gen Ibrahim Haidan said in a statement published by the ministry on Tuesday that the group included 14 IRGC members and seven Hezbollah operatives working across Yemen.",
