"account": "President Anura Kumara Dissanayake conveyed his greetings in his Deepavali message, expressing the government's collective pursuit to build Sri Lanka as an Island of Peace and Humanity. This vision envisions a nation that thrives economically and socially, standing tall with dignity on the global stage.\n\nThe President emphasized that this mission is rooted in the significance of Deepavali, a highly revered Hindu festival symbolizing the victory of light over darkness and knowledge over ignorance. While the festival marks the triumph of righteousness, it also serves as an opportunity to kindle the light of love, compassion, brotherhood, and humanity within individuals. It is a time to choose kindness over hatred, coexistence over division, and justice over injustice, ultimately fostering a society that respects all religious and cultural identities while treating everyone with equality and dignity.\n\nThe President stressed that the government remains dedicated to the transformation of every aspect of society, including the economy and politics, to create a nation that upholds the values of peace and humanity. The path towards this goal, illuminated by the Deepavali lamps, will continue to be strengthened by the collective efforts of the nation.",
