"summary": "Saudi Arabia's civil defence authority issued an all-clear for the Jazan province on Saturday following a previous warning of potential danger. Middle East Eye reports that the southwestern province is home to an Aramco refinery with a daily capacity of 400,000 barrels. The region, which borders Yemen, has faced repeated Houthi missile and drone attacks on energy infrastructure and military sites since fighting in Yemen resumed in July.\n\nSeparately, the Saudi Ministry of Interior announced on Saturday that security authorities arrested 11,587 illegal residents during a week of joint inspections between October 29 and November 4. According to the Saudi Gazette, these arrests included 6,043 violators of the Residency Law, 3,191 violators of the Border Security Law, and 2,353 violators of the Labor Law. The ministry reported that 9,589 illegal residents were deported and 1,678 people were arrested while attempting to cross the border into the Kingdom.\n\nRegarding regional military developments, Al-Monitor reports that thousands of Syrian troops are scheduled to deploy to Saudi Arabia and Yemen, with some already present, according to Yemeni officials. While Al-Monitor notes this follows newly signed cooperation and defense agreements, The Times of Israel reports that Yemeni officials claim the deal signed by Sharaa in Riyadh involves up to 10,000 soldiers, whereas Syrian sources state the assistance is limited to training and advising.",
