"account": "Nigerian President Bola Tinubu has made allegations that the Democratic Congress party candidate, Atiku Abubakar, was involved in the creation of the problems his government is now addressing. Atiku was the Vice President during the tenure of former President Olusegun Obasanjo from 1999 to 2007. During a presidential campaign rally in Port Harcourt, Rivers State, Tinubu recounted how the people of Port Harcourt supported him and granted him a mandate to govern. He expressed his gratitude for the overwhelming support received during the election, and promised to continue prioritizing the welfare and education of the youth as he seeks re-election. Tinubu stated that his administration has reversed a trend of non-payment of salaries in the country, and that Nigeria is now on a path to prosperity. He also commended the Minister of Federal Capital Territory, Nyesom Wike for maintaining peace and stability during a civic crisis, and praised him for respecting the wisdom of the elders. Tinubu urged the youth to participate in the upcoming elections, as their votes are the key to shaping the future of the country. Vice President Kashim Shettima highlighted the political alliances within Rivers State, and emphasized the importance of renewing the mandate of the people in the upcoming elections. Shettima criticized the opposition candidates, Atiku Abubakar and Peter Obi, describing them as lacking in moral integrity and ethical conduct. Yari, the Director-General of the APC Presidential Campaign Council, set a target of 2.3 million votes for Tinubu in Rivers State, and expressed confidence in the state's ability to deliver a significant victory for the President in the 2027 elections.",
