"summary": "CENTCOM launched Task Force Iron Gate on Saturday to constrain Iran's ability to replenish its military, according to Haaretz. The initiative involves approximately 20 civilian and military personnel based in Tampa, Florida, who will work with other U.S. government agencies.\n\nAs reported by Gulf News, CENTCOM chief Admiral Brad Cooper ordered the formation of the team to restrict the movement of advanced weapons, dual-use technology, sanctioned materials, and illegal revenue across Iran's land borders and the Caspian Sea. The mission aims to limit Iran's military supplies, funding, and its ability to finance terrorism or rebuild weapons factories. Ajel English noted the task force plans to tighten restrictions specifically on land routes and Caspian Sea access to curb the transfer of sanctioned goods and arms.",
