"account": "Paraguayan President Santiago Peña was impeached and placed under house arrest following the collapse of Ueno Bank, which triggered a political and financial crisis. The Paraguayan Senate voted 44 to 1 to remove him from office, rejecting his video resignation. This made him only the second president removed through impeachment since the end of General Alfredo Stroessner's dictatorship in 1989. The financial collapse of Ueno Bank, which served 2.9 million customers, led to widespread panic and protests. He remains under house arrest while facing criminal charges for breach of trust, influence peddling, and misappropriation of funds.",
