"account": "On November 7, 2026, a small fire erupted within a sealed commercial unit situated near Pratiksha Tower, adjacent to Sky Pillar Society on Dr Ambedkar Road in Uthalsar, Thane (West). The alarm was raised at 1:01 pm by the local Disaster Management Cell. Preliminary information suggests that combustible waste such as discarded papers and a wooden sofa ignited inside the locked unit, causing minor material loss. Thankfully, there were no reported injuries or fatalities.\n\nNotably, the structure that housed the unit has been categorized under the C-1 class (extremely outdated and unsafe for occupancy, demanding immediate evacuation) and has been formally labeled as highly dangerous by the Thane Municipal Corporation (TMC). Immediate action was initiated after the alert. Emergency services, comprising the Disaster Management Cell, a single utility vehicle, two fire engines from the Fire Brigade, and local Rabodi Police officers, swiftly converged on the location.\n\nThanks to the prompt and organized response from the neighborhood residents, fire department staff, and the disaster management team, the blaze was successfully extinguished, and the emergency has been fully contained.
