"account": "An animated prequel to the John Wick franchise is set to be released, potentially sparing the beloved star Keanu Reeves from further physical strain. According to The Wrap, Lionsgate has given the green light to the project, which will delve into the mysterious \"impossible task\" that allowed the hitman Baba Yaga to escape his contractual obligations. The film, currently untitled, will be directed by Shannon Tindle and written by Eternals writers Ryan and Kaz Firpo. Stahelski and Reeves are set to serve as producers. While the animated approach may not capture the series' realistic kinetic energy, it could provide a unique opportunity to explore this specific storyline without the prospect of recasting Reeves with a younger actor. This animated prequel joins other Wick spinoffs, such as Donnie Yen's Caine and a potential TV series titled Under The High Table.",
