"account": "The Capital Development Authority (CDA) has announced plans to build the Metropolitan Corporation Islamabad (MCI) Complex at the Old Naval Headquarters in Sector G-6, Islamabad. This decision involves moving three directorates - the Islamabad Water Agency (IWA), Directorate of Municipal Administration (DMA), and Maintenance Directorate - to new office spaces. Starting on November 6, 2026, the IWA will relocate its existing space on the first floor of the Old Naval Headquarters to Rooms 1-25 of the DMA Office in the Fire Headquarters Building, Sector G-7/1. In turn, the DMA will now occupy Rooms 141-144, 147-156, 158, 159, 159-A, 159-B, 160-167, 170, and 181 on the first floor of the same structure. The Maintenance Directorate will take up residence in Rooms 125-133 and 138-140 of the Old Naval Headquarters. The CDA has emphasized that only movable assets, such as furniture, equipment, computers, stores, and official records, will be transferred, leaving all immovable items undisturbed. All three directors are tasked with overseeing the relocation process and completing it within their administrative sections without disrupting ongoing activities. Additionally, inventories and signed reports regarding fixed assets must be submitted to the Administration Directorate within three days of the order's issuance. The Director of Security has been instructed to ensure adequate security during the entire process.",
