"summary": "US authorities have arrested Hari Chand Jat, also known as Hari Boxer, an associate of gangster Lawrence Bishnoi. According to the Free Press Journal, Boxer had claimed responsibility for an attack on the residence of filmmaker Rohit Shetty and allegedly issued extortion threats to Shetty and actor Ranveer Singh. NDTV - India News reports that Indian security and intelligence agencies had been tracking Boxer's movements since the firing incident at Shetty's Mumbai home.\n\nThe arrest occurs as the Mumbai Crime Branch investigates a separate Rs 5 crore extortion call received by actor Tusshar Kapoor. The Free Press Journal reports that the caller in that instance identified himself as Hari Boxer and claimed association with the Lawrence Bishnoi gang. However, investigators noted a voice mismatch between the caller and Boxer during a preliminary probe, leading the Mumbai Crime Branch to suspect the caller may have been impersonating the gang member to intimidate the actor.",
