"summary": "The body of a third person, Pankaj Sharma from Bihar, has been recovered from the rubble of an under-construction building that collapsed in Old Delhi's Chawri Bazaar on Thursday, raising the total toll to three. The deceased, along with the two others who sustained injuries and are now stable, were all labourers working on the construction site. Investigations are underway by the Delhi Police, focusing on whether negligence or violations of building norms contributed to the collapse. Three contractors were arrested on Friday in connection with the incident, with police alleging that they began work on the building just seven days after laying the slab for the third floor, which is not the recommended timeframe for resuming construction.",
