"account": "NBA guards Tyler Kolek and Miles McBride have both expressed their view that Taylor Swift could be the most performative celebrity fan when it comes to attending New York Knicks games. Kolek remarked on Deflected that such fans are likely only at the games for the attention, suggesting Swift might be guilty of this. McBride agreed, adding that while many other celebrities seem genuine, Swift might not be as sincere. Taylor Swift and her NFL player husband Travis Kelce were spotted at a Knicks game in March 2026, though Swift reportedly only sporadically attends the team's home games. The duo has previously attended a few other Knicks matchups, including 2014 games against the Chicago Bulls and Orlando Magic. Swift has also been seen wearing Knicks merchandise. Kolek and McBride's comments may provoke backlash from Swift's fanbase, known as Swifties. The two players could soon be free agents, with McBride set to become a free agent after the 2027 season and Kolek after 2028, depending on whether the Knicks exercise a team option. Both have had varying performances this season, with Kolek showing promise as a playmaker.",
