"account": "The remains of a missing landlady have been discovered in a 30-foot soakaway pit in her neighbor's compound in Umueleghele, Isialangwa South Local Government Area of Abia State. The news comes after a search conducted by residents, who had been looking for the woman for several days. Community sources suggest that she may have been involved in a land dispute with someone. The Abia State Commissioner of Police, Wilfred Afolabi, confirmed the discovery on Friday during a briefing with journalists about the police's activities since September 11. Afolabi described the incident as under investigation and said that the police were working to determine the circumstances surrounding the woman's death. Sunday Nwakanma, a journalist with over 25 years of experience at Punch Newspapers, provided this account. All rights reserved.",
